    Advance Deposits: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure advance transfers, cruise liner excursions, and long-distance travel
    Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a 25% administration fee to cover booking and processing costs.
    Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, or instances where passengers fail to show up at the agreed location, are strictly non-refundable.
    Cruise Liner & Weather Disruptions: If your cruise ship is unable to dock at Cobh Port due to adverse weather, itinerary changes, or ship cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. In these circumstances, we will work with you to offer a credit or a refund minus administrative costs.
